The role involves working both with organizations that are already certified and require support for maintaining certifications, surveillance audits, and recertification, as well as with new clients implementing and certifying management systems for the first time, in accordance with:

• 🌐 ISO 9001 – Quality Management
• 🌱 ISO 14001 – Environmental Management
• 🦺 ISO 45001 – Occupational Health and Safety Management

You will work with organizations from different industries and gain practical experience in understanding business processes, developing management system documentation, preparing clients for audits, and supporting continuous improvement.

Completed higher education, preferably in an engineering field;

• Good understanding of the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, or a strong interest in developing expertise in these standards;
• Ability to work with structured documentation and adapt procedures and documents to each client's activities and processes;
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills;
• Good analytical skills and ability to manage several tasks or projects simultaneously;
• Good communication and relationship-building skills when working with client representatives;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Good English language skills.

• 1–2 years of previous experience in a similar role, consultancy, management systems, quality, environment, or occupational health and safety;
• Occupational Health and Safety training – minimum 80-hour OHS course, in accordance with legal requirements – and/or qualification as a Waste Management Specialist;
• Experience in conducting or participating in internal and/or external audits;
• Certification as an Internal Auditor and/or Lead Auditor for one or more of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 standards;
• Experience in implementing integrated management systems;
• Experience working with organizations in sectors such as construction, industry, energy, manufacturing, or services.

• Develop, review, update, and maintain documentation related to ISO management systems, including procedures, work instructions, policies, forms, registers, plans, and other relevant documents;
• Develop the documentation required for clients implementing management systems for the first time in preparation for certification;
• Support already certified clients in maintaining certifications, preparing for surveillance audits, and managing recertification processes;
• Analyze client processes and activities and adapt management systems to the specific needs of each organization;
• Monitor the compliance of management systems with applicable ISO standards and relevant legal requirements;
• Work closely with client representatives to collect information and implement management system requirements;
• Plan, organize, and/or participate in internal ISO audits;
• Support clients during certification, surveillance, and recertification audits performed by certification bodies;
• Identify nonconformities, observations, and opportunities for improvement and contribute to defining corrective actions;
• Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions;
• Prepare and update the Management Review, including information related to the performance of certified management systems;
• Prepare, consolidate, and analyze periodic reports regarding management system performance;
• Monitor relevant client performance indicators, including, where applicable, occupational accidents, incidents, near misses, training activities, inspections, nonconformities, complaints, consumption data, and environmental indicators;
• Contribute to setting and monitoring annual objectives and performance indicators related to management systems;
• Provide, when required, relevant data and indicators for clients' sustainability reporting;
• Contribute to defining measures aimed at reducing risks, improving working conditions, reducing environmental impact, and improving organizational performance;
• Monitor relevant legislative changes and updates to applicable standards and contribute to keeping client documentation up to date.
