Hello To You!

Launch Your H&S Career — While You're Still in University!

Calling all students ready to make a real impact.

Are you currently enrolled in university and passionate about making workplaces safer, more sustainable, and more compliant? Ready to gain hands-on experience that will put your career light-years ahead of your peers?

Then this is your golden opportunity.

🎯We’re Not Just Hiring. We’re Growing the Future

At Safety Approach, we believe the best professionals are those who are cultivated early, with the right guidance, mentorship, and exposure to real-world challenges. That’s why we’re opening our doors to students who want to begin their careers now, not after graduation.

We're looking for a Health & Safety Trainee who’s still studying but eager to apply their knowledge, gain valuable field experience, and grow into a future leader in this industry.

📌Quick Facts

  • Job Title: H&S Trainee | RO – Bucharest.
  • Eligibility: Final-year or penultimate-year university students (any relevant field).

🌱 What You'll Learn & Do (Yes, Even as a Student!)

  • Assist with site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Join on-site visits and safety meetings alongside our senior team.
  • Get involved in incident reporting, PPE checks, and root-cause investigations.
  • Learn about ISO management systems, sustainability projects, and legal updates.
  • Experience real-time decision-making in dynamic H&S situations.

‍👷‍♀️Your Daily Impact May Include:

  • Working side-by-side with experienced professionals and seeing the inner workings of the safety consultancy field.
  • Taking initiative on small projects, contributing meaningfully to large ones.
  • Bringing a fresh student perspective to practical problems — your voice matters!
  • Supporting clients to become safer, more responsible workplaces.
  • Stay current with safety legislation and help ensure our clients follow it.
  • Take part in sustainability initiatives.

🎓We’re Looking For Future Stars Who:

  • Are actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program.
  • Have a strong interest in Health & Safety, Environmental Protection, or Compliance
  • Speak and write English confidently.
  • Are you comfortable with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Either hold a driver’s license or plan to get one soon.
  • Have a positive, proactive, can-do mindset.

🌟Why This Role Is Unique:

  • You don’t need experience — just curiosity, energy, and the ambition to grow.
  • You’ll be treated as a valued part of the team, not just an intern.
  • We’re flexible with your university schedule.
  • You’ll finish your studies already ahead of the game, with real skills, real exposure, and a potential job offer if the match is strong.

📍Details:

• Location: Bucharest.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday | Flexible hours to suit your academic timetable.

• Reports to: H&S Coordinator.

👀Ready to Start Before You Graduate?

At Safety Approach, we’re not a typical consultancy. We’re a single point of contact for businesses seeking excellence in EHS, HR, ESG, and ISO domains. That means you'll collaborate with cross-functional experts and be part of a team that doesn't just advise but delivers results.

Don’t wait for a diploma to build your dream career. Don’t overthink it. You don’t need to have all the answers, just the right attitude.
