• Job Title: H&S Junior | RO – Bucharest.
• Role purpose: We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Health and Safety Graduate to join our team at Safety Approach. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career, develop essential skills, and gain hands-on experience in the health & safety industry.
🌱In this role, you will learn to deliver the following
• Support risk assessments and site audits.
• Help train teams and raise awareness around safety.
• Learn how to investigate incidents and suggest improvements.
• Keep up with legislation and help ensure compliance.
• Be involved in ISO system maintenance and sustainability efforts.
• Get real experience in meetings, site visits, and working with clients.
👷♀️Day-to-day: What Your New Role Will Look Like:
• Collaborate closely with our H&S Coordinator and team to support our clients in staying compliant with all Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
• Be the go-to person for H&S matters—yes, even early on, your voice matters.
• You’ll also have the chance to travel across Romania or abroad if projects require it, so a bit of adventure may come with the job.
• Join on-site meetings alongside senior team members to observe, learn, and contribute.
• Help write and deliver reports, health & safety plans, and risk assessments.
• Organize and maintain training programs, from inductions to keeping records up to date.
• Stay current with safety legislation and help ensure our clients follow it.
• Propose improvements and smart fixes when spotting risks or improvement areas.
• Help investigate incidents and support root-cause analysis.
• Assist with PPE management.
• Play a part in emergency preparedness and ensure PPE is managed properly.
• Support the implementation of ISO standards and management systems.
• Help coordinate occupational health screenings.
• Take part in sustainability initiatives.
🔍Qualifications and experience:
• Good written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools.
• Possess (or soon to have) a Category B driver’s license.

📍Details:
• Location: Bucharest (with occasional travel in RO or abroad).
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 09:00–17:00 | Full-time.
• Reports to: H&S Coordinator.
